Hockey and curling are different sports; not gaps between advancements in technology. Why should Canada stick exclusively to hockey? Without us, the sport of curling would've probably gone nowhere.

No, I'd be telling you you shoudn't say we should "stick to light." Remember, if you're going to make an analogy, it needs to follow the course correctly. This is what you need to know for I.Q. tests.

Actually, I think the reason for men being better sweepers is only because a man can put better weight on the broom because of his body stucture. It's a matter of anatomy, not capability. But I would think women, with their more flexible bodies, would be better at throwing sones, which is a way more important factor than sweeping. Ans skipping, well that's a mind thing so they'd be equally good at skipping, although their approaches to strategy may differ.

Mental games are sports. Ask any professional chess player and he'll tell you that. A sport is a sport if is competitive, talkes strategy, and has a championship level. It doesn't have to be physical, just competitive. And not everything physical is a sport, either. I wouldn't call American Gladiators a sport.
