No she is not Leonardo, her name is Venus, I don't know who was the "genius" that included a girl in the turtle team, if you noticed, Leonardo is there, but his color is like a dark blue or something

If I recall, her name was Venus, and I think she was exclusive to the live action. She was probably created to try and lure some female viewer ship into the fold. Kind like how they made the original yellow ranger into a girl to balance out the testosterone levels for the kiddies.
