wow what a great video! I cant believe that I saw a QX 1! i have that sequencer as well as the QX 3 from Yamaha.The QX 1 uses the big 5 and 1/4 floppies, and has 8 midi ports, its a monster sequencer. I still use the QX3 in my studio today. No software needed, just floppy disks and some midi cables and SYNTHS! Wow awesome musicians working together to jam out! The 80s rule!!

yes it's a 60, analogue drum machine, which has about 6 sounds.

It's a Roland TR-606 drum machine. Yes he is playing melodies on a DRUM MACHINE.

The entire performance was mimic. Thomas Dolby told the entire story in his blog. The hole song was recorded by the 4 guys in Wonder's home.
