Yeah I know haha. But it was the first of its kind so I wouldn't expect it to be good. Their technology has progressed sense then.

Maybe multi-touching screens are revolutionary.... it can react to multi touches...

I would have to agree that copying one's technology isn't too brave of microsoft and to bombard the media about it's creation without acknowledging the forefounders of that technology..I want to see who first came up with the idea, the research and development in perfecting this technology, and all that good stuff..As usuall, years will go by before the media acknowledges the technology's true founders.I do, however, give props to microsoft for making it user friendly from what I can see.

Actually the Iphone was not the first phone to reach the market with pinching and finger motions. The LG Prada was the first to come out with those features. It came out 9months before the Iphone. Synaptics Inc. created the touch screen with finger motions and pinching. They continue to pump out new touch screen for cell phones (gphone, blackberry, ect.)

apple has created tons of new concepts for the computing industry, did you notice the way he moves things around on the surface? the same pinching and finger motions they have on the iphone. microsoft definatly has most of the market but apple has always been the creative company
