I'm not saying anything about her singing, but the fact is the only instrument Nico could play during a VU set was the tambourine, and some say she wasn't very good at it. Maybe she left the band with a great sense of relief.

There's a ton of bands that sound like the Velvet Underground parody in this skit...the deconstructionist-jargon spewing academic is another nice touch.

Are you kidding me? He'd love it. They make fun more of the hanger ons and the never-wheres than Warhol anyway.
